Lead Time and Processing
Custom Orders
Processing time for custom orders is 3-5 business days, plus transit time. Orders received from Friday to Sunday will ship on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). Please note that large or specially wrapped/decorated orders may take up to 10 business days to process.
Non-Custom Orders
For non-custom orders:
- Orders placed from Monday to Thursday that are in stock will ship the next day if placed before 2:00 pm Eastern time.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern time will ship the following day.
- If non-custom orders are combined with custom orders, the lead times for custom orders will apply.
International Shipping
