Shipping and Delivery Information

At White Snow Chocolates, we strive to pack our products in the best possible way to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Our shipping practices are designed to maintain the quality of our chocolates throughout the delivery process.

Packaging and Shipping

  • Insulated Containers: We use insulated containers and frozen gel packs to guarantee the freshness of our products, especially during the late spring and summer seasons. Additional fees may apply for insulation packs.
  • Nationwide Shipping: We ship our products nationwide within continental Canada with some restrictions.
  • No P.O. Box Deliveries: To ensure timely delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A complete shipping address, including street, suite/room, apartment number, and phone number, is required.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days via third-party delivery services such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Trexity, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and others.
  • No Weekend Shipping: We do not offer shipping availability on weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery Details

  • No Signature Required: Packages are shipped/delivered without requiring the recipient’s signature. However, this may not be the case in all situations.
  • Recommended Delivery Locations: We recommend having deliveries made to residences, offices, or venues where recipients are likely to be available to ensure personal direct reception of the product.

Responsibility and Liability

Once orders are delivered to the specified shipping address, White Snow Chocolates will not be responsible for damaged or stolen packages.
